Construction Notice

Please note the following projects happening near the Bethel church building:

- Water main construction along Stafford Street, from Grant Ave to Carter Ave. This began on April 17, and is scheduled to take 3 weeks. Temporary water service has been provided to the church via a hose from Bethel Place. Please note the barriers, the construction vehicles, and the areas that are cordoned off.

- Reconstruction of Stafford Street, between Grant Ave and Pembina Hwy. This will begin on May 1, and is scheduled to end in October 2023. Traffic will be restricted to one northbound lane on Stafford, and one southbound lane on Harrow. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

- Ongoing Combined Sewer Separation Project along Harrow Street. The estimated finish date is end of June 2023.
