Witness: Pride 2023

Imitating the inclusive welcome of Jesus, we seek to be a community marked by the love of God. Regardless of age, race, gender identity, or sexual orientation, we invite you to make Bethel your spiritual home. We invite all who are able to join us for the Pride Parade on June 4. Bethel and several other Mennonite churches will be marching together as an affirming presence. You are invited to join us in any of the following ways:

1.    Help decorate the banner we will carry in the parade. On May 28, come to the dining hall during the potluck. All supplies will be provided.

2.    March with us on June 4! We will gather at the legislature grounds, beginning at 10:00 am. The parade begins at 11:00 am. Look for our banner at the staging area. Contact Tim at (431)-999-7138 if you need help locating our group.

3.    Consider watching the parade from the sidewalk, if walking the whole distance is not a reality for you. Bring friends, lawn chairs, and your best rainbow gear and take in the excitement!
