With Spring comes the annual MCC Golf Yard Sale, an effort on behalf of our Sargent and Selkirk MCC Thrift stores. In addition to the golf equipment donated to our stores there are many sets of golf clubs, and other golf equipment like balls, shoes, shirts, jackets, etc., in basements and garages that are no longer needed. MCC could benefit by turning this unused equipment back into useful service. The result is less useful sports equipment taken to the landfill and additional funding to support the work of MCC. This year the sale will be held on May 17 & 18 at 7 Mercury Bay. People are invited to donate no-longer-needed golf items with all proceeds supporting the work of MCC - through the Thrift Stores.
