We’re working hard to improve the Website!

 
 

It has been 6 months since we started using our website in its current form. With your helpful feedback and looking at which parts of our website are used most often, we identified a few areas that needed improvement and have made some changes. The next time you check out the website you will see the following:

  • Top Navigation Menu – removed search box and made the login / account buttons easier to identify

  • Homepage will have a new look and gets to the most important areas of interest quicker:

    • Bethel Live

    • Featured Announcements and Updates

    • Bethel Calendar

  • Search box is now at the bottom of every webpage so that you can search for a specific word or topic

  • The Bethel Calendar layout has been improved by tweaking the layout and adding a few instructions

  • You will notice a change to the layout on Bethel Live this Sunday. We have adjusted the order of items listed and made the Bethel Calendar and Announcements easier to see

  • Members section has been stream-lined and titles improved to make it easier to find Member content.

Along with these improvements we have added a Help and Frequently Asked Questions page. This page can be reached from the link at the bottom of each webpage. The help page has three main areas:

  1. Website Rationale

  2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), which will be updated with answers to questions that we are hearing from you

  3. Listing of all the Pages on our Website. Some people have requested a master list of all the pages so that they can navigate to a specific page quicker.

The communication committee encourages and looks forward to your continued feedback and thoughts about our website. We want our website to be the place for you to go to get the information you want about the work of the Church at Bethel and beyond.
