Ash Wednesday service, Feb. 18

The season of Lent begins in just a few weeks, as we prepare to remember the death and resurrection of Jesus. We will enter this time with a brief service on the evening of Ash Wednesday, February 18 at 6:30 pm in the Dining Hall. The service will include prayer, scripture, reflection and the opportunity to receive a mark of ashes as reminder of our mortality. Ash Wednesday follows up on our sharing of Shrove Tuesday pancakes the day before.
