Harvest Manitoba Update

Did you know that Bethel’s food bank remains open year-round to ensure that families in our community have access to nutritious food, baby formula, and other necessities? Even as many other church programs wind down and prepare to take a break for the summer months, we thank our faithful food bank volunteers who make it possible for us to continue to be here for our neighbours during the months of July and August!

During this time, some of our regular volunteers will be on vacation, and our Community Ministry Assistant Lydia will be serving at Camps with Meaning. As a result, we anticipate needing additional volunteers to lend a hand unloading the truck or handing out food. Volunteering at the food bank is a great way to be physically active and to meet some of our neighbours while also helping to meet a tangible need in our community. If you could lend a hand, even once or twice over the upcoming summer months, please contact Pastor Kathy McCamis.

Thank you for your faithful support of our food bank!
